Transforming a prime newbuild development in Leeds into a fully-equipped office space, we secured the first tenant fit at the prestigous Temple, Globe Point city centre development with client - Jaywing taking the third floor. 

Working alongside KPP Architects, the designers behind the space, we installed both the functional and aesthetic elements. Essentially, everything that makes this space unique. 

This includes a bespoke kitchen fit, feature ceiling, tiered handbuilt seating and vibrant breakout areas that overlook the city. Pairing comfortable soft furnishings with an abundance of natural lighting, the overall appearance is timeless, but modern. We’re all about breaking boundaries and transcending expectations of a typical commercial office fit-out.
